This week’s Pick of the Litter at Hull Seaside Animal Rescue features a vivacious 7-year-old female called Angel. This beautiful calico came to HSAR when her former owner could no longer care for her. At first, she was quite withdrawn and was on a short hunger strike. But in just a few days, she settled in and her energetic personality emerged. This young lady is very kitten-like and loves attention. She will thrive in a home where she can be the center of attention.
If you are interested in meeting Angel, you can call our adoption coordinator at 781-534-4902. We are open for adoptions by appointment only. Appointments can be made for Mondays, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., or Saturdays, from 2-3 p.m. Visitors must wear masks and observe social distancing. The shelter is located at 487 Nantasket Ave. For more information, visit us online at www.hsar.org.
We could really use your help in a volunteer project. Our recycling manager would love some assistance in sorting the many bottles and cans dropped off at the shelter. It is a huge source of income for the shelter, and it’s only a couple of hours per week of your time. If you’re interested in volunteering, please call 781-925-3121 for more in-formation.
We are a nonprofit organization that survives on your generous donations, grants, and fundraising efforts. If you would like to donate to HSAR, you can do so on our website, or send a check to HSAR, P.O. Box 787, Hull, MA 02045.
We are reminding you to please keep your cats inside. Letting them out in any weather is risky, and this is especially so in these cold temperatures and inclement conditions. Your pets will live a longer and healthier life safe and warm indoors.
