This week Hull Seaside Animal Rescue is featuring a young gal named Charlie. She came to us under difficult circumstances, having been tossed from a vehicle, subsequently rescued, and then brought to HSAR.
She definitely has a loving side to her and will approach people, but she still lacks complete trust when it comes to humans, and understandably so. She is a sweet girl who would do well in a home where she can build that trust and maintain the space she needs as well.
Charlie is about a year and a half old and has a short black coat with white on her chest, face, and paws. Her golden eyes are stunning. She is spayed and up-to-date with shots and is ready to find that loving home where she can settle in and build her confidence in people again.
If you are interested in meeting Charlie or other feline residents, you can call our adoption coordinator at 781-534-4902. Visiting hours are open to adopters on Monday, from 6-7 p.m., and Saturday, from 2-3 p.m. The shelter is located at 487 Nantasket Ave. For more information visit us online at www.hsar.org.
We will continue to follow pandemic protocols, including social distancing and mask wearing. A limited number of visitors will be allowed in the shelter at one time. We appreciate your patience.
We are a nonprofit organization that survives on your generous donations, grants, and fundraising efforts. If you would like to donate to HSAR, you can do so on our website, or send a check to: HSAR, P.O. Box 787, Hull, MA 02045.
Thank you for dropping off your returnable cans and bottles; they are a great source of income for us … one nickel at a time.
