This week’s Pick of the Litter at Hull Seaside Animal Rescue features a handsome young fellow named Chester. He has a beautiful orange coat, with a touch of white around his nose and mouth.
At 3 years of age, Chester was surrendered when his previous owner moved and could not take him along. He has adjusted well in the shelter due to his easygoing and affectionate nature. He has been neutered and is up-to-date with shots.
Hopefully Chester will find the right home soon, where he can live a long and happy life without having to change homes ever again. He gets along with other cats and will make for a lovely companion as an only cat as well.
If you are interested in meeting Chester or other feline residents, you can call our adoption coordinator at 781-534-4902. Visiting hours are open to adopters on Monday, from 6-7 p.m., and Saturday, 2-3 p.m. The shelter is located at 487 Nantasket Ave.
We continue to follow COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing and mask-wearing. A limited number of visitors will be allowed in the shelter at any one time. We appreciate your patience.
We have new T-shirts and sweatshirts for sale with our new logo. Check them out on our website, or call 781-925-3121 for more information. And don’t forget to head down to our parking lot on Sunday afternoons for lunch with the South Shore Taco Guy. He is generously donating a portion of his proceeds to HSAR.
We are a nonprofit organization that survives on your generous donations, grants, and fundraising efforts. If you would like to donate to HSAR, you can do so on our website, or send a check to HSAR, P.O. Box 787, Hull, MA 02045.
