This week’s Pick of the Litter at Hull Seaside Animal Rescue features a three-year-old female called Erin. She is all black, with lime green eyes. She is spayed, up-to-date with shots, and ready to find her new loving home where she can be showered with love.
This sweet girl came to us after being outdoors in the freezing cold temperatures a few weeks ago. A kind woman took her in from the cold but could not keep her. On her arrival at HSAR, Erin was very scared, and after discovering that she really didn’t like other cats, she was moved her into her own room at the shelter.
Erin has since come out of her shell and has blossomed into a lovely and playful little girl. She loves all the attention and will need to be an only cat in her new home.
If you are interested in meeting Erin or other feline residents, you can call our adoption coordinator at 781-534-4902. We are open for adoptions by appointment only; they can be made for Mondays, from 6:30-7:30 p.m., or Saturdays, from 2-3 p.m. Visitors must wear masks and observe social distancing. The shelter is located at 487 Nantasket
Ave. For more information, visit us online at www.hsar.org.
Thanks to those who drop off returnable cans/bottles; the money raised from that collection is so helpful with medical expenses for our feline residents.
We are a nonprofit organization that survives on your generous donations, grants, and fundraising efforts. If you would like to donate to HSAR, you can do so on our website or send a check to HSAR, P.O. Box 787, Hull, MA 02045.
We are receiving many calls of cats gone missing, and they are heartbreaking. The risk of letting your cats outside is real, and it is not worth the possibility they may never return home. This is a friendly reminder to please keep your cats indoors.
