This week, Hull Seaside Animal Rescue is featuring a very affectionate guy named Gunnar.
This sweet boy spent way too much time outdoors fending for himself. In fact, he had to have one of his eyes removed due to an injury he most likely received defending himself. He is one sweet boy and just wants to be loved and doted on!
Gunnar is about eight years of age, has an all-black short-haired coat, and has one gorgeous yellow-green eye. He is very calm and adoring, craves love and companionship, and he will do best in a home where he can be the center of attention.
Visiting hours at the shelter are open to adopters on Mondays from 6-7 p.m. and Saturdays, from 2-3 p.m. If you are interested in meeting Gunnar or other feline residents, you can email our Adoption Coordinator, Judy, at firstname.lastname@example.org. HSAR’s current COVID protocol is that masks are optional if vaccinated. For more information, visit us online at www.hsar.org. The shelter is located at 487 Nantasket Ave. in Hull.
If you would like to make a tax-deductible donation to the shelter, you can do so with a check, or online at www.hsar.org. We are a small, non-profit organization that relies mostly on your contributions throughout the year. We also appreciate those of you who drop off returnable cans/bottles at the shelter. This is a huge source of income for the shelter, one nickel at a time. Thanks to our volunteers, Don and the faithful crew, for all the hard work they do every day sorting and bagging!
As a friendly reminder, please keep your cats indoors – they will be happier for it, they’ll live a longer healthier life, and you will have peace of mind knowing they are safe and sound.
