Submitted by the Hull Redevelopment Authority
HRA invests in public transportation. Last year, the Hull Redevelopment Authority funded a pilot program that linked the Pemberton ferry to the Nantasket Junction train station in Hingham. This year, the HRA has awarded a grant to the Hull-Nantasket Chamber of Commerce for a weekend Hull-O-Trolley service connecting the MBTA ferry at Pemberton to the MBTA train at Nantasket Junction. Two trolleys will have regular stops within the community to ensure that visitors can travel to Hull via train or boat and leave their automobiles at home. The trolleys are also open to residents.
