To the Editor:
I would like to say that Hull is a beautiful and rich and resourceful oasis that needs to be taken care of for many more to enjoy.
I would like to know why many of the roads in Hull are dilapidated and rundown as they were when I was in school. Why has no maintenance work been done at the Town Hall in 60 years?
We have a five-member Select Board, on top of a town manager. You need only one or the other. The town manager is like a mayor and is getting paid more than a mayor in Weymouth. Such a disgrace. That’s money to pave a few roads a year.
When are the townspeople going to wake up and be more involved in their community, especially when the town has been sleeping for the last 20 years?
