To the Editor:
There was a break in the heat for the third Hull PTO Color Run. The race was held on Saturday, Aug. 28. The race started at Hull High School. The great weather brought out more than 250 runners and spectators.
This day wouldn’t have been possible without our sponsors. With their help, we were able to provide a fun day. We want to thank 9 Lazy Kids for being our presenting sponsor. We would also like to thank the following sponsors for supporting the Color Run: Accetta Tax & Accounting, the Anchor of Hull, Bar Playa at Nantasket Flatts, The Fruit Center, Groom With Me, Nantasket Flatts, Resnick Law, SAM Builders, Seaside Montessori, Weir River Water, Weinberg’s Bakery, Hagerty’s Rock, the Kiley family, the Lofgren family, the O’Connor family, the Reynold family, and the Yukubian family. Please help thank our local businesses by supporting them if you are able to.
We couldn’t have kept everyone safe without the support of the Hull Police Department.
Thanks to all the volunteers who made the Color Run possible: Aleeza Hagerty, Brian Donovan, Bridgette Bernard, Carrie Tiani, Jason Frady, Jenny Montgomery, Joanne Pearson, Kathy Dyer, Kelley Huxtable, Laurie McDowell, Lili Hedrick, Melissa Pilcy, Nick Provost, Nicole Giardino, Phaedra Truglia, and Sharon Striglio. A special thank you to our student volunteers representing all three Hull schools: Abby, Chase, Dahlia, Ellie, Jamie, John, Leah, Luke, Marissa, Matthew, Max, and Verona. Special thanks to the school administrators for supporting this event and to Kevin for keeping the high school looking great.
Thanks to everyone who spent time running, walking, and supporting our schools.
