With the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Ukraine, many local residents have been asking how to help.
Temple Beth Sholom will be accepting donations of badly needed items to be sent to the war zone at the Boyer Auditorium, 600 Nantasket Ave., through Friday, March 11, from 10 a.m. 3 p.m. If you are unable to donate on Friday, the Elks in Marshfield will be collecting items for this humanitarian effort at 1321 Ocean St. on Sunday, March 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The list of requested items is lengthy, but will eliminate any unnecessary donations.
Please contact Camellia Bloch, 617-966-8279, or Amy Albert-Schnipper, 781-424-3231, if you have any questions.
