Inspired by the heartshaped candy conversation hearts first introduced by Revere-based New England ConfectioneryCompany (NECCO) in 1901, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Bobby Hatch created a larger representation of the short but sweet messages in his workshop. Pictured here, Bobby and his wife Lisa, next to his labor of love that adorns their home. The hearts have caused lots of delightful conversations from neighbors and passersby alike. Hatch is already planning a spring project to celebrate Easter. Enjoy this weekend full of love. [Skip Tull photo]
